At Demonia Cult, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic; if your footwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Demonia shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
